Events – Important Notes

We provide the venue space only for your celebration. Please note the following:

If any government permissions are required for your event, we request you to kindly arrange the same at your end.
Outdoor events are subject to local timing and sound regulations.
Any additional arrangements such as catering, lighting, generator, seating, décor, or sound systems can be organized by you as per your event needs.
We would only provide the venue space for your celebration.

We follow a no pets policy to maintain hygiene and comfort for all our guests.
Our villa is best suited for married couples and families, preferably through references, to ensure a peaceful and pleasant environment for everyone.
For the safety and well-being of all guests, the use of narcotics or drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Any support on food, travel and sightseeing can be arranged at the customer's cost.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible based on availability and at an additional charge.

Government taxes and levies will be charged extra, as applicable.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
While cancellations are discouraged, we will review genuine cases with applicable charges.
Guests booking only the villa/rooms will have access limited to those areas.
Guests booking only the event space will not have access to the villa/rooms.
Guests are welcome to book both the event space and the full villa together.
Food arrangements can be done for villa guests and events at extra cost.
